Tri-Rivington Winter Timetable
Monday 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm - Coached Club Swim Session, the session will be posted on the club app.

Tuesday 7:30 pm - Strength & Conditioning followed by coached indoor effort run session, the session will be posted on the club app.

Tuesday 7:00pm - Coached outdoor effort run session – usually Chorley New
Road/ Queens Park/ Retreat area

Wednesday 9:00AM Morning ride with mates from Beehive, Horwich or Whitehorse, Westhoughton

Wednesday from 6:30pm - Indoor Run Bike Run session, the session will be posted on the club app.

Thursday 8:00pm - Technique/beginner and experienced swim session at Total
Fitness - NON-TF members can come to this swim, just have to sign in at reception.

Friday REST DAY

Saturday 8:00am – 10:30am- Triathlon Training morning which includes indoor bike/track session/strength and conditioning/ optional swim, then an optional jacuzzi.

Sunday 8:30am – Club bike zone 2 ride, to be arranged, usually from the Beehive or White Horse.

All sessions and times etc are put on our private Facebook page and all sessions and events and times are put on our Tri Rivington app, so you can confirm your attendance on a session. Or you can do them without the group. The way we deliver our sessions is like having a personal structured training plan, which is absolutely fantastic, so our members tell us.
