Tri-Rivington 1-1 Coaching


Do you want to complete a triathlon, a duathlon,  run your first 5k, 10k, half or full marathon, improve on the bike  or just want to get fit, we can help. By becoming a Tri-Rivington coached athlete your plan will be drawn up based on what you want to achieve for your key events in the season ahead.

We use TrainingPeaks detailing your weekly training schedule around your family, work and social commitments. Each week we will review the week and plan the next one based on your feedback, progress and commitments. Ultimately, we will be planning your training schedule, so that you will achieve or exceed your goals. There is the option for us to speak at the end of each week via phone or zoom. Need more info?
