Our Swim Coaches are qualified through British Triathlon and highly experienced, regardless of your ability, we are confident that we will take your swimming to the next level.

Our sessions are designed to improve your endurance & fitness, We work with you to develop an efficient swim technique. If you fancy the outdoors, we will prepare you to swim in open water.

Thursday technique & beginners swim session, this session is not about getting the distances in and just swimming, that’s a different day, this is all about technique and making it easier without effort, as well as that it’s a session for absolute beginners, anyone can join this session, just get in touch.

Club Runs, two sessions per week, one effort and one coached by qualified BTF coaches, joining our run sessions may be a game-changer. Having company and encouragement from a coach as well as club mates during training sessions can take your performance to the next level as well as make training more enjoyable.

Club bike sessions, we have a few different sessions in the week. Sunday club rides will usually include a café stop. Mid week effort bike sessions are becoming more popular. Sunday distances range from 20 to 60 miles all coached and led by qualified BTF Coaches.

Saturday Morning pain session, favourite of the week, spin session, followed by track and S&C, outdoor 5k, then a Swim followed by a coffee an a cake - tough session but everybody loves it.
